HLB Hungary awarded the “Reliable Employer 2026/28” certification

HLB Hungary Kft. has been awarded the “Reliable Employer 2026/28” certification by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK). This distinction is granted to companies that demonstrate outstanding commitment to their employees and provide a sustainable, values-based working environment over the long term.
The award was presented at the DUIHK Annual General Meeting, where a total of 18 companies received the recognition for the next three-year period. The award was accepted by Gyöngyi Götze, Managing Partner of HLB Hungary, and Gabriella Drávai, HR Director of the group.
The “Reliable Employer” programme aims to highlight the importance of employee-friendly operations and encourages companies to continuously improve workplace conditions. At the same time, the certification confirms that a company consciously develops its employer brand and offers an attractive working environment to both current and future employees.
During the application process, an expert jury evaluates applicants based on comprehensive criteria, including working conditions, benefits, training and development opportunities, and leadership practices. Particular emphasis is placed on transparency, a people-centered approach, and employee engagement.
For HLB Hungary, this certification reinforces that employees are at the heart of its operations. The company places strong emphasis on supporting professional development, creating a flexible and supportive work environment, and fostering a corporate culture built on long-term collaboration.
“For us, this recognition is an especially important confirmation that our commitment to our colleagues and our consciously built corporate culture create real value. We believe that trust, transparency, and a people-centered approach are the foundation of long-term success.” – Gyöngyi Götze, Managing Partner
The “Reliable Employer” title has become a prestigious and widely recognized distinction in the Hungarian labour market, providing genuine feedback on the quality and credibility of employer practices.
